This place billed me back in February for services and when I called to find out if I owed anything they said no. Fast forward 9 months and they just slapped me with a bill for $300 after I already paid $1600 for the procedure plus $150 to this anesthesia group. Predatory billing practices forsure - I’ve never had a company try to come back almost a year later to get more money from customers who have already paid premiums and paid for services alike. This was out of Lakewood, Colorado - be aware not to use them if possible.
Called with insurance due to an outstanding bill that was already received from insurance. They have continued to bill me and have taken over 2 months to review their own statement with insurance
I hate to say it but as another reviewer said, seems like predatory billing practices. I got a statement in the mail almost 4 months after my procedure, with no insurance adjustments. I had to call them to ask if they had submitted to my insurance, got put on hold multiple times so they could “check the notes” and yep, turns out it was supposed to be about $500 less with insurance adjustments.
Be wary of who your doctor uses for your surgery and make sure it is not this place. Hidden fees galore and predatory billing practices!
