Charged us for an epidural we never got. Then was impossible to get them to stop sending us a bill, and had to fight it with the hospital. It's nearly criminal
I had surgery in April 2025 did not get a bill till September 2025. I had another surgery in October 2025 called 4 times in December spoke with Lawrence he said there is no services in October. I received a bill April 8, 2026 saying my account is past due. I called today I could not understand the persons name who answered he said the have sent statement every month, that is not true obviously from the other reviews and my past experience they have issues. You get quoted from the hospital how much the service will cost prior to your procedure, and then you get the billed 2 months after the procedure double what you expected and get told you have to pay for 2 anesthesiologists that were present. When you try setting up payment arrangements on a $1,200 bill you have to make a minimum of over $300+/month to satisfy them when I'm already paying monthly over $200/month for the provider and hospital bill. This place billed me back in February for services and when I called to find out if I owed anything they said no. Fast forward 9 months and they just slapped me with a bill for $300 after I already paid $1600 for the procedure plus $150 to this anesthesia group. Predatory billing practices forsure - I’ve never had a company try to come back almost a year later to get more money from customers who have already paid premiums and paid for services alike. This was out of Lakewood, Colorado - be aware not to use them if possible.
Called with insurance due to an outstanding bill that was already received from insurance. They have continued to bill me and have taken over 2 months to review their own statement with insurance
