I was at another PT clinic for 9 months and made no headway on my shoulder... so I quit. Then, on top of my injuries and pain, it became frozen. Ali is the best! She answers all my questions and has helped me understand all the moving parts related to my ankle injury. I also enjoy my exercise sessions with Chris! He changes it up every week and comes up with fun ways to keep me motivated!
