The Physical Therapy Zone knows its stuff. If I had stuck with the facility my doctor recommended, I'm fairly certain I would have spent the rest of my life barely able to bend my knee beyond 90°. I highly recommend Lori and her staff.
Dr Sydney Brown is an amazing physical therapist! She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really exceptional at gearing exercises to the specific activities the client does - in my case backpacking. She helped me strengthen my hips and glutes so my knees weren’t taking all the punishment on hard descents. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend her as a PT.
