I'm struggling from keeping my shoulder stretches for long time and popping noises in the knee for long time and pain has been increasing. Courtney has been wonderful helping me with pt and she always give explanation for the reasons behind every exercises that she showed me. She's great and sweet PT I ever meet. Thank you Courtney for all your help. Day by day its improving.
