I definitely recommend this place they helped me get through the pain I had in my left shoulder blade and helped me strengthen my left shoulder and everyone here is very nice,kind, and they provide you with workouts that best suit the injury you have once again I recommend if you are looking for a physical therapy Thank you everyone

As of today I have completed my physical therapy at your Newington Branch with Shana Virtudes. I had a wonderful experience. Shana helped me so much. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I found that all the staff is very friendly. I have and am recommending your office to my family and friends.

This is my second time using Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Newington where I've had excellent results. I recently worked with Christina for the past few months due to elbow and shoulder pain that I developed while exercising. She was able to give me exercises to do at home as well as modifications for when I went to the gym. I cannot recommend her and the rest of the staff enough! Thank you, Christina for helping me gain mobility in my shoulder and elbow without pain so I can continue to crush my goals at the gym!

I've had several great experiences working with the therapists here at PTSMC Newington. Most recently, I had a bulged disc in my lower back that was causing pain daily and preventing me from doing recreational powerlifting. I worked with both Agata and Sean who immediately had me doing key rehab stretches and exercises to alleviate symptoms and start to strengthen my lower back.
