I highly recommend the Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Centers. The quality of the services I received was excellent.
The therapist was very good but one administrative staff member was extremely rude & bullying & top management sticks together to support the behavior. This woman contacted me to tell me I can't be seen anymore unless I paid my bill. I inquired if they received a letter of protection from my attorney. She abruptly and rudely stated " we don't accept letters of protection". When I called back minutes later to inquire if that was disclosed in writing to me pursuant to Connecticut law, she became very belligerent and stated " w... read more
