This Is Basia :) Today I started a physical therapy with Kevin for what we think is a herniated disc and some issues with hip mobility. I must say I was pretty impressed with how well I felt after an hour. Kevin is very knowledgeable and he was so good at keeping me in a good mood through the entire session even though I felt sad about the physical state I am in. A variety of light exercises was not painful and the electrostimulation was very pleasant. Thank you so much Kevin. I am looking forward to a session on Thursday. Y... read more
