I received the finest care available after total knee replacement. The entire staff made me feel like my recovery was specific to what I needed. I never felt rushed or hurried, their patience was appreciated. The atmosphere is professional and also like you are with family. Thanks to Kendall and Adam for all your hard work on me, and to everyone for your kindness. I will be back.... hopefully not too soon.
Parents should be aware that per the discretion of the practice manager, staff can bring in adults as patients. If the therapists have a relationship with the adult patient, they can bring said adult into this special children's PT group. They will work out along side with your children. I spoke with Nick, the practice manager who said They would provide a private space for my child to have physical therapy in rather than remove the adults, about 60 years old, from the specialty children's group. I never thought I'd be sad at the thought of ending my physical therapy, but here I am. I had come to PTSMC from another practice and found more than I was looking for. The knowledge and expertise of the therapists is outstanding, but what mattered more was the overall vibe of the place. Sure, every business has its own culture but the lighthearted nature of PTSMC was what made coming back a pleasure.
