Great experience so far! My pain level has already gone down a bit after just a couple of visits. I also really enjoy the Physi App, which details out what home exercises to do and how to do them.
Dr. Rob is amazing! He was able to quickly pinpoint the root cause and create a lasting routine to correct, align and manage any imbalances that could cause pain or strain. I worked with Daniel to correct my posture and improve my mobility. He is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in making sure that you understand the movements and use the proper muscles. I had an excellent experience going through physical therapy here. I had a 6mm disc protrusion in my L4-L5 with moderate central canal stenosis from a work injury. I had a significant amount of shooting pain that I felt while walking, sitting, and laying down. I went through 14 sessions of PT and have dramatically improved. I feel great, no longer have pain, and have returned to work as a firefighter. I absolutely recommend coming here for PT.
