Scott and his team are very easy and great to work with. Any time I have questions, Scott is very happy to answer and very informative. They go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and like we’re apart of something. Highly recommend for anyone seeking help or answers.
I don't know how anyone could post a negative review about PTSI - I've experienced nothing but the best from this group. I worked with the Chubbuck location. Giving birth to seven children led to arthritis in my facet joints in my lower back with chronic pain for 15 years. Not being able to stand or walk for long periods of time, not being able to sleep on my stomach or back because of pain that led to hip bursitis from sleeping on my sides. This place started off fine but had real pick me energy. I told them I had been to several physical therapist before and the “stand in the doorway and stretch your pecs” doesn’t work for me. This is because, as I recently found out, I have hyper mobility, something they didn’t catch despite me telling them my history. So naturally, he tried to prove how much he knew, which was cute, but annoying. He must have felt inferior due to my preexisting knowledge. I had shoulder surgery on 1/6/26 and had a great experience working with the PT team during recovery. As an athlete who is very active, getting back to full strength and movement was extremely important to me. They understood that right away and built a recovery plan that matched my goals.
