Therapist was always late by at lease 10 minutes. Then, when my wife had to cancel due to illness, they never answer their phones and then claim we notified too late and are trying to charge us $80 for 2 missed sessions. It seems they believe their time is more valuable than ours since she had around 10 sessions that all started 10 min late but did not receive any credit for this missed time. Terrible customer service. They want the people working there to want or are in the process of becoming physical therapists. I’ve gone to Genene Lara twice now. Last year it was for my shoulder, torn rotator cuff. This year for my left knee as I have arthritis and a small torn meniscus. Both times she was able to help me greatly, of course you have to put in the work though. She’s friendly and nice and so is the staff. I did find out today. They will no longer be taking CCPN in a month. I’m sure not happy about that. CCPN is a middleman and I don’t know why there’s so many issues.

The care they show & give translates to good recovery. Pre & post knee replacement PT for me gave me the extra strength where I needed it & enabled me to get back in action rapidly.
