Should look into another facility as they are front desk gives incorrect information and will says she will pass on messages to get return calls that never happen. Did not even talk to my insurance company when they tried to resolve situation. Things discussed with patient/family are not put into notes correctly and then billed based on those notes only, even when you bring up hat was not discussed.
