Very nice staff , clean safe place and Sara the physical therapist was very informative thank you for my first visit. It was very pleasant.
My husband went in for treatment and there is a $25 copay, which he paid every time then he got a bill for over $1200. The website says that Advent Health who is the billing service for PT Solutions and I quote "Advent Health requires that payment be made at the time of service for any amount not covered by insurance...and are due at the time of service". The fact that they continued service for Todd without letting him know his insurance limits is fraud.
Staff were wonderful. Everyone cared so much. Meeting with a physical therapist with so much knowledge and experience was exactly what I needed, to get the help to start my recovery.
