The only thing, I say they say they Don't use No Ice packs or Any Heat Packs either before or after doing therapy!! When you've had a fall or something like that or hematoma.. I know my mother-in-law been going there for 4 or 5 weeks and they said they Don't do that No more.." I think Creating Circulation of Blood are Imperative on Healing process and Circulation is Paramount how long will therapy go on Etc....
Lauren is very professional and took time with me to understand all of my concerns. I really appreciated her attention to detail.
The ladies I checked in with were awesome and Austin was fantastic. But I have to admit that my favorite was the dog. I wish every physical therapy place had a dog.
Had great experience with Austin. Everyone that I talked to was nice. Austin asked lots of questions.
