This location for community physical therapy and rehab 225 S Emerson suite 100 was the worse experience I’ve ever had. The lady at the front desk treated and talked to me like trash. She made me feel because I was black she did not want to help me at all, nasty attitude.My appointment was at 10:30 and gps gives you a different location and I wasn’t the only person that came in late due to this issue. Very nice, clean, and up to date facility. The PT, Andrew, was very professional and knowledgeable and took his time both assessing my problem and explaining and demonstrating what I'd need to do to heal things up going forward. Highly recommended!
