Switched from one office to another close to my house and they just canceled my whole script because they don't talk to one another, called me as I was driving to my appointment to tell me I need a whole new script from my doctor cause they closed it. Called my doctor and he said why they possibly have done it still had over a month of visits left. Absolutely Ridiculous, they will leave you entirely out of luck with a mistake they made, it's not worth the time, go elsewhere where this is even a little bit of coordination.
This PT facility is excellent from the ladies at the desk to the PT staff. Michelle H. was my therapist for the most part. She was very motivating and she understood my condition. I liked that she explained why going down the stairs hurt more, and other things I did not know. I wish I had better transportation, so I could have gone 3 days per week. The only reason I left is because my doctor wants me to do aquatic therapy now.
I don't know how this place has 2 stars. I owe a debt of gratitude to my PT, Trisa. She is doing more than just helping me with my physical issues. She's also helping improve my outlook on life and helping to get me back to doing the things I love to do. I would recommend her and this facility to anyone (and I'm a very tough sell when it comes to doctors or anyone in the medical community!)
I have been with Penn medicine for around 10 years. I had issues when I moved a hour and a half away from my doctor office. When I tried to get into one of there office closer to me they made me do a new patient appointment which was 5 months out. When I needed to see a doctor I was still not able to get in because my new patient appointment wasn't until August.
