This is the place for real physical therapy in New York City. Dr. Lena Washington and her staff are superb therapists. They give full attention to how you preform each excerise which ensure you are getting its benefit. The atmosphere is healing with a strong community vibe. My ability to walk upright after two back surgeries is due to the physical therapy I received her. It's a wonderful place to heal.
I’ve been going to Lena for 2 years for physical therapy. 10/10 experience. She makes me feel comfortable & is very efficient. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. The space is also clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Lina to anyone who needs physical therapy.

The staff at Fyzical Therapy Harlem are some of the friendliest and most accommodating. I came to get some work done on my legs for a track meet that was coming up and they took care of me. Ms. Lena Washington especially, took great care of me, worked on me and I left feeling 100x better than when I came in. If you need some physical therapy, you’re definitely in the right place. These guys are the best of the best.
