Jean is the receptionist at Physical therapy now. She is very knowledgeable. She is always very nice yet professional. I have been to another Physical Therapy company and nothing can compare to the experience I had her. If I ever need therapy again, I would not hesitate to come here. The management of Physical Physical Therapy Now should be proud to have her as a part of their team
First off the staff is amazing. Great communication and the therapy sessions were very personal. Staff truly cares for their patients. And my knee is is back to 100% 10/10 would recommend
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this office was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and disorganization. During my first visit, I checked in and waited to be seen, only to be told that I couldn’t receive my physical therapy evaluation because they were waiting for additional information. I had to contact my referring doctor’s office so they could provide everything that was needed. Although I never received the evaluation or any therapy, I was still charged for the visit.
