Seeing Ryan Cartwright for physical therapy did wonders for my back and hip pain. Prior to working with him and trainer Jacob Visperas, I was unable to walk more than a couple hundred yards without experiencing extreme discomfort. After several weeks of exercises, I am now able to move around much better and enjoy some of this nice fall weather! Josh is excellent! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and very relatable.
I have been receiving manual PT from Melanie for persistent lower back pain. I was a bit skeptical of any actual help due to other efforts that did not help. After 2x/week for 3 weeks and doing prescribed stretches at home I am amazingly functioning with only an occasional reminder of why I started PT here. Melanie has been so professional, understanding, and fun. The office staff is exceptional.
Can't begin to explain how frustrated I was after leaving work for an hour to come here to find that I had been booked at the other location. Secretary offered to reschedule me for a different day since there were zero doctors in office. And the one I was scheduled at didn't even bother calling when I missed my appointment. Thanks for nothing PTIS!
