I was very disappointed with my experience at this physical therapy office. The therapist routinely saw three patients at the same time, which meant I never received the individual attention I needed. Most of my sessions consisted of her quickly telling me which exercises to do and then walking away. She rarely checked whether I was doing them correctly, and I often felt completely on my own. De Gao and staff were extremely helpful in getting me back on feet! They set up home therapy after my heart surgery and was taken care of when I was able to go to office. Very careful with me and monitoring was amazing. Bless you and your staff.
