Like this PT facility. Dr. Kim was my mom’s PT and she liked him a lot. He always started her session on time, my mom tended to ask lots of questions but Dr.Kim always answered her questions patiently. The staff were amazingly friendly as well, my mom liked them all, they even have her graduation ceremony when she's done with her session. We both have PT sessions in this facility and we both would rate here only 5 starts without hesitation. Ample parking spaces and front desk staff work with patience and schedule promptly. Both of my therapists give me their full attention with each visit. They continue to find new ways to treat my pain. They’re very personable and interested in my wellbeing.
I used Physical Therapy First for my second shoulder surgery (used somewhere different for the first). Every practitioner here was professional, personable, and made my recovery seamless. Some people dread going into PT but I loved going in and working with all PT's. It didn't matter who I saw, they were aware of where I was within my plan and executed it perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend Physical Therapy First! I will definitely use them again (hoping I don't need it), for any future needs.
