Excellent care. Clear instructions. Very knowledgeable. Sarah Bennett is a really gifted physical therapist. She demonstrated a high level of expertise in addressing my back pain and really explored strengthening exercises to prevent this from happening again in the future. I would highly recommend Physical Therapy Empowered for your physical therapy care!!!!
The Lab Physical Therapy helped me tremendously while I was home from college recovering from ACL surgery (around the 3–5 month mark). This is a really important phase of recovery, and they did an amazing job making sure I was progressing safely while still being pushed.
