It is such a pleasure to write this review. I’ve been coming to Don for almost 8 years with just about every part of my body needing some kind of repair at my age of almost 80. Everything about his practice is so amazing! He always finds time for me to fit my busy schedule. All of the techs that work with him are upbeat, customer service related, and a pleasure. . Clifton, Jonah, and Don are all great. You feel welcome from the start, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients and love what they do. I came in after my first major shoulder surgery, in a lot of pain and unsure how I’d overcome all the challenges ahead — but they helped me every step of the way. Never had a major surgery before. Had to get a double knee replacement and this team had me at 120 by the 2nd month. I felt heard and prioritized during the whole process. I hate everyone there but they are really good at their jobs lol. I’ve cussed everyone at least twice. It was insanely different than the other stories I’ve heard about physical therapy. This place is a gem. Dump your PT and go here. You won’t regret it.
Don was very informative and made my appointment comfortable. Explained everything in great detail without it going over my head.
