Super friendly and helpful staff, respecting, and understanding. Had all the equipment and personnel necessary to get the job done.
My doctor recommended this physical therapy place. They were very professional, yet friendly. They were very good in getting mobility back to my neck and arm. They were effective, but gentle. There are other places that are larger and more elaborate, but larger and fancy doesn’t make them better. If I need physical therapy again, I wouldn’t hesitate returning to The Physical Thetapy Center. Thank you for such good, compassionate care.
I have only called to inquire if the therapists had a master degree and the person that answered the phone said she didn't know so I informed her that I would be looking elsewhere. She was nice enough, even saying thank you, OK.
