Excellent front desk staff and very friendly therapists who give great instruction and are there for the patients I am so grateful to have such a great place available and I can see why they are highly regarded and highly recommended
This is the second time I have come to Thrive for PT. The therapists are top notch. They are focused on gentle manual therapy and corrective exercise. My outcomes have been exceptional. That said, they have a very strict policy for cancellation. When I cancelled 22 hours before my scheduled appointment, they charged me $65.00. They told me that they refuse to take into account personal circumstances. So be forewarned.
I appreciate being heard and respected. I appreciate Tim's gentle approach. I have benefited from my experience at Thrive. I recommend it to others.
Thrive Physical Therapy is one of the best physical therapy offices I have ever been too. The staff is efficient, kind, and welcoming and the therapists are exceptional. Ally and Evan are amazing, intuitive and skilled. This is a place where you will heal and be well cared for. It is conveniently located off Bogus Basin Road, there is plenty of parking and they really strive to make sure you have a good experience. They take care of the whole you, not just the body part that is troubling.
From the moment you walk in the door until the great day you "graduate" from needing their services, you are treated with kindness and warmth by a highly professional staff. My wife recovered from a fractured pelvis and a broken wrist. I had a full knee replacement and now function at a highly improved level of fitness and activity.
