I want to thank you all for the great job you did after 2 Hip Replacements within 6 months. Between the Surgeon Dr.Justin Miller and your Facility I can walk again and I am going to take on some Zoomba classes. Steps are not a problem anymore and I am just realizing what I have been missing for a long time. Thank you Greg, Solomon and the rest of the Team.
My physical therapy journey was with DPT Alyssa. I have been dealing with many problems in my neck, shoulders, and back. She was the only one who gave me the correct therapy and exercises I needed that I benefit from day by day. She respected my privacy as a Muslim women who wears the hijab, and understood what I nedded. Truly, she is one of the best physical therapists I ever went to, and would recommend her to anyone.
The care itself was great, but be forewarned that if you’re using insurance, they bill as an outpatient hospital visit instead of an office visit. It was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than I was expecting and I was not properly warned. What they told me I’d expect to be paying was only the coinsurance portion and no mention of the deductible, which was hundreds of dollars for one visit. Again the care was great but I will not be returning based on cost alone.
