Aqua therapy's crew is awesome! Mel, Chris and Amy create a special atmosphere for people to enjoy sessions and address each and everyone personally! It's just a joy to be there! Big thank you to all of you from great ladies up-front to every trainer on the floor!
Overall superb service and outstanding experience. Entire staff was professional, welcoming and above all competent. From scheduling to reception to all forms of on site Physical Therapy, my experience could not have been better. Overall lead in my case was Melissa Hager who designed my PT regimen over a 9 week plan. PT was varied, effective and challenging; all with a goal of returned normalcy following Knee Replacement Surgery. The entire staff from the receptionist desk as well as their therapist are all professional, well trained and amazing. Melissa, Jess and Chris were wonderful. They got my new knee back into shape. I highly recommend Kresgeville Therapy.
To whom it may concern, We love this place. Ms. Sandy is an amazing speech therapist! Very Respectful and very honest. If there's any issues, she let's us know and even gives parenting advice which is nice because who couldn't use a little honest advice now and then. Our son has two other therapists Jenna and Lindsey as well as a student therapist Brandon, and he absolutely loves them as well as of course Sandy! Started coming here for aqua therapy. I had no idea this was even a thing until I found this place. The staff here were amazing! So kind and courteous. They helped me transfer to their fitness program which I didn’t know was a thing so I could continue coming which helped me tremendously with my high deductible and copay’s. This was great for me so I could continue coming as the aqua therapy helps me so much. Melody and Bob was so easy to talk to and guided me through everything. I highly recommend coming here.
