Ben, was awesome!!! He challenges you to get you to the next level. Ben is very professional, takes his job seriously, is caring, and thinks outside the box. As you improve and grow, he comes up with a regimen to take you further. I've seen what seemed to have been the impossible with my individual, and her challenges; and he made it possible. During my many therapy sessions, I had the pleasure of working with Jenna and Tara. The entire staff are incredibly personable. With all we go through with the injuries that bought us there, the personalities like Jenna and Tara made therapy a pleasure. Amazing people.
I had physical therapy for a knee replacement. There were some complications that occurred after surgery and prior to PT. I worked primarily with Maria and Sara. Both were very good to work with and were instrumental in my recovery. I'll need a second knee replacement and I want to go Northampton for PT when the time comes.
Everyone here is friendly, cares about getting you back up and going. The Only place I have been where therapy was Fun! That has not changed over the years.. Jenna D. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful thru both knee replacement therapy. She always had and answer, for more than just the pains and how to fix it. I would recommend her to Anyone! I alternated between Jenna and Tara. Tara was very nice, friendly, and gave me sound advice on how to keep up the therapy at home. Highly recommend this location for PT!!
The group of therapists are very knowledgeable and very thorough in developing a treatment plan that adjusts itself based on your needs and ability. Maria is great!
