Jason was very thorough and monitored my exercises carefully always asking what I was feeling.
I had an excellent experience with Jason! I needed help recovering from some injuries a week before a race I had been training for. Jason was thorough in asking questions to understand the issues I was having. He then walked me through a rehab plan and made sure I understood how to execute my at-home exercises (which was really important to me to make sure the plan could actually take effect!)
