Receptionist was very rude and yelling at me on the phone when I was just telling her what my doctor told me. I was told that I could start PT at one location and then poetically get transferred to a different office when I move in 2-3 weeks. The receptionist took great offence AND started raising her voice and saying transferred in an outraged voice multiple times. Jim is very professional and motivating.
It's been a pleasure working with Rick Fame at RGH PT @ Midtown. The office is generally quiet, relaxed, and easy going. I learned a lot from Rick and he seems very knowledgeable. He's good at finding a way to get the most out of PT without it having to be painful
friendly & professional staff, and therapist jim was awesome, funny, & very knowledgeable. also beautiful facilities in midtown athletic club for personal PT exercises.
