I have been getting physical therapy here for a few months and it has been very helpful. The schedulers work really hard to fit me in and make last minute adjustments and my physical therapist is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's honestly one of the few things that I look forward to during the week.
Barely a one star in my experience. Treatment stated on visit notes was much different than treatment received during visit. Therapy was not even begun for almost two months after surgery...then therapist assigned to me took a vacation after several visits. The therapist I'm currently seeing is more knowledgeable and proactive in their treatment. After two visits, each an hour long, not 20 minutes as it was at Outpatient physical therapy at Memorial, the difference is amazing! Glad to finally have actual PT!
The front desk woman, Kim, was always pleasant to speak with, very welcoming, and very nice. Jaclyn was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing. Extremely helpful and informative with any questions associating with treatment. She was excited about every goal in recovery you reached which was really helpful and reassuring during treatment.
