Grateful for the team at ATI. They're not many, but I consider a huge plus since they take extra care of you and are attentive to what you need. I've also really liked being taught about body mechanics. Understanding the how and why my body is feeling pain is such a mental relief compared to other places I've been. I like how my ability is gauged and that though there are a few core exercises, they have been switching it up often enough that it's not the same every day. Great place for physical therapy
