Awful. I had an appt today at 8am through telehealth. I waited till 8:20 and called. They said no it’s actually 8:30. The scheduler clearly said 8am. When I called they said wait it’s at 8:30am and confirmed it’s abq. So I waited until 9am and called again. They said wait it’s actually 9:30am. It seemed like they just kept pushing me since they didn’t have therapists to see me. I would go Elsewhere to not waste your time
I have gone to ATI for several years for various injuries et each time I have been pleased with my results. I especially like Chris Edwards who unfortunately left for another opportunity. I am glad Shauni is still there because I really like her too! The rest of the staff are very good et they go out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend ATI PT to my friends.
I am writing this review on my last day of Physical Therapy at ATI. I began PT last October.The experience was a 5 star review from the first day. The entire team was always prompt, professional, gentle and kind. The team had a high content base and always had an alternative plan, if regular exercises were too challenging for a visit.
