I was fortunate to have Allison as my PT. Not only was she very knowledgeable about her profession but she was also very kind and personable. I had a total knee replacement in February and by the time I finished my sessions with Allison I was in a great place physically. Also, Jody (front desk) was so sweet and pleasant . Rob is awesome… I had a spinal fusion in my neck at the end of December and began PT about 4 weeks post surgery. Rob developed a thoughtful and well structured post surgical recovery plan that was tailored to my needs twice a week for three months. The program focused on restoring full range of motion in my neck, with a goal of achieving 100% mobility, as well as rebuilding upper body strength, especially in the area where nerve damage had impacted my muscle function. My physical therapist was Allison Burba Horgan who did a thorough professional evaluation on my initial visit, and the exercises on my first session helped a lot. Additional sessions over 10 weeks plus home exercises & stretching have brought me back to finally being able to walk upright again. Allison is wonderful! More home exercises to build up my core were suggested. Very professional, kind, committed staff. Highly recommend the Norfolk office and staff!
