Hi Beth, I’m sorry that you are upset that you weren’t successful in small claims court. May I please get an updated bill/invoice? Beware of this place. They don't practice correct or ethical billing practices. I didn't realize that this falls under medical malpractice. I'll keep you posted on how things work on. In the interim, I recommend you watch your bill closely and if you are a cash lien patient ask for monthly bill statements which they don't provide automatically.
