The guy in the front desk is very rude. There no compassion people have accident.People lost families when they go to these places. I have pain bruises from the accident. He was just very rude. Shouldn't put somebody in the front desk that represents your company. I know we all have good days and bad days. I think Im not the only one that his been rude to my son and I. If you read this review I think there's a few people that complained about this man.
Customer service could use some work... Being hung up on in the middle of a sentence was pretty rude. Thanks Chico!
