My mom was there two days and fell and cracked the bone above her eye and is worse off now than when she went in. They are understaffed at night, This should not happen.I would not recommend.
Since COVID-19 started, I haven’t been able to talk to my dad! I asked them about a phone in his room and they gave me a fake number. Three months later at his care plan i asked about a phone again, they said he didn’t have one, but would get maintenance to put one in. Another three months have passed, still no phone. When I call the nurses desk, they don’t answer. It’s been 7 months since I’ve spoken to him!!!! Unexceptionable! Shame on you!
