Horrible facility. Billed my insurance for thousands. Don't get the TENS Unit they offer you. The same one costs $30 at Walmart but they'll bill your insurance $700+ for it. Can't express how horrible & deceitful they are.
Can not in good faith recommend this medical practice to anyone. They are deceptive in there practices and billing. Will be filing a complaint with the state insurance board and office of professional standards.
Worst experience of my life. Staff is not bad, however the office manager will hound you to hire an attorney. Last I checked that is Illegal, they will insist that you hire an attorney if you where involved in an automobile accident. They are only interested on the letter of protection. They are rude and nasty about it. If you do not have an attorney, expect to be forced to get one in order to be treated there.
I have been going there for about ten years now. I used to get bad migraines about once a week when I first came here. So bad that I had to wear sunglasses in the house or driving at night. Now I get a headache maybe once or twice a year. Throughout the years I have had neck pain and back pain (I am a active mom) and all I have to do is come in and get a trigger point injection and/or an adjustment with some rehab and I am good to go.
