Using insurance approval to scam patients money. Advised we were covered on two occasions and after the appointment and taking the copay they said insurance required, charged us 223.00 and said insurance ineligible. Insurance billing supervisor stated to bad what the staff told us and we shouldn’t have believed them. Rude and very mean spirited about the whole situation.
