I’m writing this review to alert management and other potential patients about Constance, the office manager. During the last four weeks of physical therapy, I have consistently observed behavior that I believe is unprofessional and inconsistent with the level of customer service that I would expect from this organization. Bianca is doing an exceptional job with getting me back healthy from my injuries, she is very knowledgeable and a great communicator with all of her patients! I like her energy and all the staff here has treated me really good!!
The treatment Bianca gave with the needling was really effective. It alleviated my pain the entire day.
