This place is horrible. I was sent to them for treatment through Malman Law. I have been requesting my records for about 3 months now and have gotten nothing but the runaround. Someone is always suppose to call me back to no avail. The last time I called I was suppose to get a call back from Rachelle. THAT was three weeks ago. I have now filed a formal complaint with the US DEPT OF HHS because I have never had such a hard time getting information that belongs to or is pertaining to me. How RIDICULOUS.
