The best decision I have made was joining this gym. What I thought might be something I join for a few months to kickstart getting back into the gym has ended up with me still being here 3 years later! Stronger, faster and doing things I never thought I would ever put myself forward for. All down to the expertise, support, motivation and welcoming gym environment Martin & Olivia have created. A community feel where we train (hard!) sweat and still look forward to coming back to the next session!

After years of struggling to build a solid fitness routine I have really found a home at Physical Formula. It is more than a gym, it is a community of people supporting you in achieving your goals. The best fitness community in Leamington! Physical Formula has transformed not just my fitness, but how I feel about training. They push you, support you, and the results are real - I am a stone and a half down postpartum and have never felt better in my own body (even before having a baby!).
