9/11/25* DONT EXPECT MUCH*I went here yesterday at 11am for a request for a private hair folical test. I spent about half an hour while the receptionist was trying to figure out what forms where needed, how, why. She made a call to some other people and they had no idea what they were doing. Talking her into circles, (I can sympathize with her distress) ultimately to informing her my test requires a "special form" and that they would reach out, email it or whatever within 24 hours. Polite, quick, and pleasant. I couldnt have asked for a better experience from the front desk or the doctor. I would recommend anyone to go here for their physicals.
JB Hunt sent me to this place to take a drug test for my new job. The fat lady, who is at the reception, treated me with disgust and with a bad attitude. I felt discriminated against, to the point that I left and did not take the test. I recommend that you do not go to this place, because there is a great possibility that you will meet this racist lady.
