I have had a long athletic career, rock climbing , mountaineering, Ironman Troy and competitive cycling, and worked with many trainers in 3 different states. Jeremy and Physical Culture is by far the best I have ever experienced. His knowledge of strength training and how the body works is superior to anything I had experienced before. I am in my mid 70’s and keep making progress under his direction
Jermey is an amazing trainer! His attention to detail is next level. He is extremely knowledgeable, consistent and passionate about getting people fit at any level or age.
My son has been training at Physical Culture since he started high school football, soccer, and track. He's seen significant gains across all dimensions: speed, agility, burst, balance. I highly recommend Jeremy's training to any young athlete that wants to improve their performance on the field.
Phenomenal coach and facility! Coach Jeremy Layport led a very efficient and effective one hour group training session. As an out-of-town guest, the environment was super welcoming and fun with expert training. If I was local, Physical Culture would 100% be my home gym.
