Jermey is an amazing trainer! His attention to detail is next level. He is extremely knowledgeable, consistent and passionate about getting people fit at any level or age.
My son has been training at Physical Culture since he started high school football, soccer, and track. He's seen significant gains across all dimensions: speed, agility, burst, balance. I highly recommend Jeremy's training to any young athlete that wants to improve their performance on the field.
Phenomenal coach and facility! Coach Jeremy Layport led a very efficient and effective one hour group training session. As an out-of-town guest, the environment was super welcoming and fun with expert training. If I was local, Physical Culture would 100% be my home gym.
Jeremy is a great coach full of lots of knowledge. He's great at teaching technique and knowing what small changes you need to make during your lift to not compromise your body. My daughter has been going to Jeremy for a few months now attending his youth athletic development training classes. Jeremy has been so instrumental for her new found strength and speed on the soccer field. She absolutely loves going to his sessions and her refined strength/speed are definitely showing on the field! He is a wealth of knowledge, professional and makes it so much fun for her.
