Started training with JT my sophomore year of high school. He was helping me and about 6 other guys on the team train. That turned into about 20 football players in our class. 2 years later we won a state championship and some of that credit can definitely go to him. He is great - and is extremely knowledgeable about anything training, lifting, nutrition, or general health related. 7 years later and still lifting with him!
