This is the community college of jiu jitsu. There isn't a huge variety of training partners but the ones I have I trust, respect and love like brothers and sisters. I started training in 2020 and BJJ is teaching me a lot about grit and perseverance. Mats are clean, we are informally formal, no uniform requirements, you can cross train and all backgrounds are welcome. plus the price is right. I pass a lot of bjj gyms on my to PCTC. And now I have 3 family members training with me. We bond over strangling each other.
My daughter loves attending. Coaches are patient & direct with the students. It helps her feel comfortable to attend but also understanding there’s an expectation to improve.
We love coming here for Jiu Jitsu! I have two girls; one in the little ninjas class and one in the kids class. Reed is such a great, fun, patient coach! We always feel welcomed when we come and missed when we don’t. I even do the kids class with my daughter and the adult class sometimes. Everyone is super helpful and patient!
I LOVE going to Physical Concepts! I take the Jiu Jitsu class and it is a great experience every time. Reed and Tasha, the owners, are amazing trainers that support and encourage every class.
