I just finished my first session of hills training with Sparkle and it was amazing! The community of runners are so welcoming and supportive. This is my first time really getting into running and I felt so comfortable with these lively folks. Judgement free group regardless of your runner level and coach Coleen is the best!

Coleen & Leah come up with great workouts, the people I sweat with are wonderful & that combination keeps me going back! I don't do well trying to exercise on my own, so Team Sparkle is a blessing. It is great to see new faces so come & check us out. It feels wonderful to be strong & healthy!

I love the structure of classes. I never get bored and they are challenging workouts. Coleen is supportive and creates an atmosphere where you want to keep pushing yourself. There's also a great community that attends the classes. Very inclusive and people are welcoming to all.

No matter what your current state of fitness is, you'll feel welcome at Team Sparkle. I love the small class sizes and friendships I've made coming here. And the run coaching is unbeatable. With plans personalized to my goals, Coach Coleen made the challenge of an ultra quite bearable. Truly a place where even the oddest oddball can feel safe, fit, and happy.
