This company is nothing short of a good old boys club. If you’re not a white male, do not waste your time. Seeing them promote men due to the success of the women who work for them is disgusting. I worked for Phymed for 24 years and them had serious. heart issues and was off almost a year. They fired me when I was ready to return to work. Employees beware.

PhyMed is a manifestation of a troubling trend in healthcare, particularly involving anesthesiologists, who work out of network without disclosing that to the patient (because what patient in the pre-op room is going to ask if the anesthesiologist is out of network). Then the patient gets an excessive post-op bill not covered by their insurance. This is the so-called 'surprise billing' problem and another reason the United States needs a single payer system.
