This woman is incredibly rude and shockingly unprofessional in her attitude towards her clients. If you *have* to go to her, expect to be treated as though you are a mere "commoner" occupying her precious, valuable time. How someone with her "bedside manner" remains in business, is absolutely beyond me.
Let me begin by saying I am from the south. I called this law office to retain an attorney and got Phyllis on the line. I introduce myself asked her if she was having a good day. She was incredibly rude right from the start. I said "oh honey I didn't realize I called at a bad time "the woman went off the rails because I used the word honey. I am a senior citizen and meant no harm, her reaction was ridiculous how she continued to berate me. I apologized profusely but she just continued on and on.
