Very rude. Thought she was smarter than everybody and knew everything. She tried to make claims as if she was an expert in everything. Tried to make diagnosis in subjects at which she was not qualified for. Save your money and time for an actual psychologist expert. :)
Dr. Cazares is very thorough and professional, while also being empathetic and compassionate when needed. We have been her client for years and have seen much improvement. I am amazed at the amount of effort she puts forth to assure to best outcome for her client. I am very happy with her on a professional level and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to any one in need of psychological svcs.
My grandchild has seen Dr. Phyllis since see was four. She is the most caring, compassionate person you could hope for.My grandchild has never been on any meds and trusts her therapist completely. The help she has given my grandchild is unmeasurable. I don't know what we would have done without her. I have a happy, healthy fourteen year old child, when the the trauma that she endured should have scarred her for life. I credit Phyllis Cazares with my grandchild being the person she is today.
