I recently started helping my mother with general care including following up with her PCP. I have am beyond disappointed with this practice. Sometimes I call and no one picks up, I am working with other programs to optimize care for my mother and they have taken over 2 months to fill out paperwork for one program and almost 3 weeks for another. I still haven’t gotten them back from them. I normally don’t write negative reviews but this is totally unacceptable. Currently looking into other options for Primary Care for her.
I have been coming to Phyllis Jen Center for a little over 10 years and the healthcare I've received has been great! All the medical staff including administrative, medical assistants, nurses and the physicians ensure quality care in a professional manner. I have had numerous health related referrals within the system. Each visit has always been a positive experience regardless of the department. Honestly in my opinion the negative reviews makes no sense. I highly recommend becoming a patient at Phyllis Jen Center.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jain for almost three years now and she is very responsive, caring, and professional. She and the staff at the Jen Center are easily accessible and friendly. They go out of their way to help their patients, like persevering through extremely painful preauthorization processes.
Money siphoning machine. You won’t get care here. Unnecessary bills and long wait times. Nothing close to care. Shame on Brigham
