She was absolutely awful. She invalidated all of my symptoms. She sent me to the ER and they told me I was not ok at all. I’ve never felt so inferior, invalidated, and insecure as I did during my visit with her. I genuinely wish anyone who sees her the best. I hope she is so much more kind to everyone than she was to me. I have the audio recording, too.
I have been an established patient with Phyllis for a few years now. After my last appointment I will not be coming back to see her. She was very unprofessional during my appointment. I was in pain and she was very rude during the experience. She also told me to google what she said I had and provided no information regarding it. I left my appointment in tears. I would recommend seeing someone else.
