I specifically asked Dr. Cook not to fuse my teeth together after a 5 hrs gum removal. Now, due to not being able to properly care for those teeth I am scheduled for a full top removal and replacement. With only 6 teeth being saved at the bottom. I will forever despise Dr. Cook. Her staff is amazing tho.
I had to have a deep scaling and Dr. Cook and her hygienist, Moriah, did an excellent job! Moriah explained to me everything Dr. Cook was doing and it was a pleasant visit.
For me, it was scary to have to go to a periodontist. The staff was very professional, understanding and compassionate. Cerrissa Answered all my questions and put me at ease. Michelle answered all my financial questions and helped me through the process. I highly recommend Dr Cook and her staff when you need a Periodontist
Our experience with Dr. Cook was absolutely a rewarding one. We could not have been more satisfied with Dr. Cook and her staff, I do not recall every leaving the office of any physician and felt totally satisfied. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and then remembers everything you say whether it is related to your visit or it is something personal about your self.
